Throughout the year, I will post items here that we need for upcoming projects in our classroom and skills that your child should be working on at home. If you can donate any of these items, please send them to school with your child or contact me to arrange a time to drop them off at school. Thanks!
Current Skills Needed:Learn to Tie Shoes! First graders are expected to tie their own shoes! Please work on this at home! Click on the video below for some easy ways to teach your child to tie their shoes!
Learn Student ID Number! This is the 6 digit number that was sent home in your child's backpack. Please help them learn and memorize this number. They use it to get breakfast and lunch as well as check out books from the library. This number will follow them until they graduate from high school so it is very important that they learn it!
What Time Should Your Kids Go To Bed?Scholastic Book Orders are due around the 20th of each month!
The next Scholastic Book Order will be due on September 20th. Please click the picture below or go to https://orders.scholastic.com/L47BM (Class code L47BM) to place your order. Follow the instructions on the site to set up an account and place your order. All orders placed will be delivered to our school and the books will be sent home with your child when they arrive. Remember, all books ordered through our class (via paper order form or online with the class code L47BM) earn points for our class to expand our classroom library! Thank you for supporting our classroom!
